It has rounded edges and corners of the seat surface, relatively concentrated molecular weight, high bonding strength at the junction, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanics Performance and higher use temperature, good aging resistance, impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and oil resistance. Polyethylene (HDPE) has little water absorption, is non-toxic, and has excellent chemical stability.
The seat is made of high-density polyethylene as raw material and is made by the international advanced hollow blow molding process (imported equipment is preferred), and it is required to have good weather resistance and aging performance.
Overall seat size: chair depth 500mm, back height 880mm, center distance 550mm; seat plate size: length × width = 490mm × 430mm, the net weight of a single seat plate is not less than 2.00Kg; back plate size: Length × width = 520mm × 520mm, the net weight of a single backboard chair surface is not less than 2.15Kg.
The seat uses the seat plate gravity automatic turning mechanism (without spring), which reduces the floor area of the seat horizontal plane, makes the audience enter and exit more freely, and evacuate the audience to a safe place faster in an emergency.
